In short: we provide the platform, users publish the content
The platform operates as a service for hosting and viewing user-generated photos, video circles, comments and reactions. Users are responsible for what they publish; we apply reasonable moderation measures and respond to complaints.
We do not ask for your personal data or identity disclosure. Everything you publish remains your responsibility.
However, we process technical data (such as IP address, identifiers and logs) required to operate the service and ensure your safety.
How to report
Found a violation — tap the red flag
A complaint helps quickly hide and review content that may violate the rules or law.
Every photo and video circle has a report button / red flag.
For comments, use the separate report button next to the comment.
Reports involving minors, non-consensual content, threats, violence, extremism or suicidal material are handled with priority.
Single reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Mass reports (2 or more from different users) — within 12 hours.
After review, content may be hidden, removed or left unchanged, with or without notifying the reporting users.
If you appear in content without your consent or someone is using your content without your knowledge, contact us via the contact section at the bottom of the page. We will do our best to restrict access to such content as quickly as possible or transfer control of it to you.

These rules govern the use of the pingvids platform, including the website, Telegram bot, mini-app and other access interfaces.

The platform provides the technical means to publish and view user-generated content. The platform does not own user content and does not guarantee pre-screening of every item before it appears in the service.

By using the platform, the user confirms they have read and accepted these rules. The platform may amend the rules; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

The platform is intended only for persons aged 18 and over. Before using the service, the user confirms their majority and agreement to the rules.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of their age confirmation. The platform does not guarantee that age restrictions cannot be circumvented by third parties.

By uploading content, the user confirms that all persons depicted in it are aged 18 or over, where the content may be classified as 18+.

If a minor user is identified through automated or manual means, their access to the platform is blocked and any content they posted is deleted without possibility of recovery.

The pseudonym is generated by the platform and may have a playful format, for example: "Wild Zebra #1223" or "Glowing Guardian #1751".

Moderators, operational staff and other users normally see only the internal identifier and/or pseudonym of a user, without technical or functional access to extended technical data.

Such elements are not monetary funds, have no guaranteed monetary equivalent, and may not be exchanged, transferred or withdrawn unless expressly provided for by the platform.
